Professor Marc Steinberg Elected to European Law Institute

Marc I. Steinberg, Rupert and Lillian Radford Chair in Law and Professor of Law, has been elected as a member of the . Professor Steinberg is an internationally recognized scholar in company and securities law. 

The European Law Institute (ELI) is an independent, democratic, membership-based organization of distinguished founding. Inspired by the activities of the American Law Institute (ALI), ELI serves a similar purpose within the European legal context, focusing on European legal development in a global context. ELI’s mission is to initiate, conduct, and facilitate research, make recommendations, and provide practical guidance on European legal development.

Recently, Professor Steinberg has had several articles published in scholarly journals, including:
